About Chris

Chris Pineda is an organizational psychologist, author, and founder of Groundwork Leadership. For nearly a decade, he led philanthropically-funded leadership research in Salem, Oregon, sitting with leaders from every background, every industry, and every walk of life.

He has served CEOs, healthcare executives, educators, nonprofit leaders, and organizational teams across the country. He has coached leaders through the exact situations you're navigating right now.

He is the author of Beneath the Transaction and the creator of the 7 Conditions of Transformation™, rooted in 1,000 years of Filipino indigenous wisdom and a decade of original leadership research.
