Beneath the Transaction Podcast
Hosted by Dr. Chris Pineda and Kenzie Pineda, Beneath the Transaction explores the ideas, stories, and experiences that transform people, organizations, families, and communities.
Inspired by Chris's book, this podcast goes beneath performance, productivity, and surface-level success to ask a deeper question: What is being formed beneath it all?
For two seasons, we've explored what transforms people, relationships, and organizations.
Inspired by Beneath the Transaction, we've dug deep to discover what truly shapes who we become.
And now we're asking a new question: What transformational idea are you carrying?

Kenzie helped shape Chris's TEDx journey and now works alongside him through The Idea Lab to help leaders, experts, and changemakers discover and develop transformational ideas.
The ideas that reshape how people see themselves, their work, their relationships, and the world.
How people uncover who they are, what they carry, and what they are becoming.
Why the way we live personally cannot be separated from the way we lead professionally.
How powerful ideas are discovered, developed, communicated, and shared with the world.
How leaders build environments rooted in trust, vulnerability, purpose, and belonging.
What ancestral wisdom can teach us about modern leadership, community, and human transformation.
The Foundation
Beneath the Transaction began as a book about transformation.
After years of working with leaders across sectors, Chris identified 7 Conditions that consistently create the soil where people, relationships, and organizations transform.
The podcast brings that framework to life through real conversations with people who are living, leading, questioning, building, and becoming.
This is where the ideas in the book breathe.
Every transformational idea starts somewhere.
Some begin in research.
Some emerge through leadership.
Some are discovered through hardship, healing, faith, or lived experience.
We're looking for guests who are carrying ideas worth exploring—ideas that can help others live, lead, grow, and transform.
If you have an idea that has changed your life, your work, or your perspective, we'd love to hear from you.
The Idea Lab is where leaders, experts, and changemakers uncover the transformational ideas they are already carrying and shape them into messages worth sharing.
TEDx is one possible stage. But the deeper work is the idea.
The Idea Lab will help people move from:
"I know I have something important to say..."
to:
"I know exactly what my idea is, why it matters, and how to share it."
